COLLABORATIVE PRACTICE/MEDIATION
Collaborative Practice is an alternative dispute resolution process that provides the opportunity to confidentially and respectfully negotiate a mutually acceptable resolution to divorce or custody concerns without having to go to court. Through open communication and information sharing, a team of attorneys, mental health professionals, and financial professionals work together to help educate, empower and guide the couple in creating shared solutions. The outcome for the family is a custom, longlasting plan that values the perspectives and needs of the entire family. The Collaborative Process is founded on the principals of transparency and respect and as a result, provides a space for healing.
