GRIEF
Grief impacts us all at different times throughout our lives. Sometimes, unless we experience the loss of a loved one, we may not realize that the complicated emotions we are feeling are actually grief. Often, life events such as job loss, breakups or moving to a new area can cause us to grieve. And, when we do lose ones we love, our lives may feel as though they have come to an abrupt stop.
Pamela specializes in supporting those who are experiencing grief through tools and resources she has developed to help normalize and validate the impact of grief. She works with clients nationally and internationally to learn how to move through their grief in healthy ways. As a recognized expert on grief, Pamela is passionate about training other professionals, including medical providers, therapists, social workers and clergy, on how to effectively support grieving individuals and families.

Pamela has served on the board of Emma's Footprints, an Erie, Pennsylvania based non-profit organization providing support for families experiencing Infant and Pregnancy Loss, for seven years. As a main referral point for their loss families, Pamela is grateful for the opportunity to have created the peer support group ("We are With You"), guest spoken on numerous podcasts (Confessions of a Grieving Mother), contributed on their educational video as well as numerous other training and presenting opportunities.
